Esta zona, formada por Z\u00e1rate, Campana y Exaltaci\u00f3n de la Cruz, es clave para el desarrollo industrial y econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds, ya que tiene una fuerte participaci\u00f3n en el PBI de la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A modo de ejemplo, el Producto Bruto Geogr\u00e1fico Industrial de Campana asciende al 70% y el de Z\u00e1rate 60%, ratificando el gran peso del sector en la producci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de la regi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, Campana cuenta con 15 puertos radicados y su aduana es una de las que genera mayor recaudaci\u00f3n en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el punto de vista log\u00edstico e industrial, la zona se posiciona como un objetivo muy interesante de inversi\u00f3n para los desarrolladores: se estima que entre parques industriales ya instalados y nuevos proyectos, la regi\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 pronto unos 10 agrupamientos, lo que contribuir\u00e1 al reordenamiento de la industria. Actualmente, grandes empresas metal\u00fargicas, petroqu\u00edmicas, cerveceras y automotrices se encuentran radicadas y operativas, generando una gran cadena de valor para las PyMEs que est\u00e1n en la b\u00fasqueda permanente de espacios por fuera del ordenamiento urbano de las grandes ciudades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos de los factores que hacen a esta zona productiva e interesante para los inversores es el entendimiento y disposici\u00f3n del Estado municipal a la radicaci\u00f3n productiva, la claridad y coherencia en las regulaciones del uso del suelo, los precios e impuestos. El m\u00b2 dentro de agrupamientos en el 4to. Radio del Corredor Norte Productivo ronda los USD 50, entre tres y cuatro veces menos que los predios del AMBA. Y se ofrecen lotes entre 2 mil metros y 3 hect\u00e1reas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, las fuerzas productivas de la regi\u00f3n se reunir\u00e1n el pr\u00f3ximo 10 de abril en SINOR (Sal\u00f3n Inmobiliario Corredor Norte), que celebra su primera edici\u00f3n en el Hotel Sofitel La Reserva Cardales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-1 wp-block-gallery
