Jos\u00e9 Guajardo Reyes, Director Nacional del Servicio Agr\u00edcola y Ganadero (SAG); resalt\u00f3 que este logro mejora el intercambio comercial y refuerza la protecci\u00f3n de la sanidad vegetal regional. Chile planea extender el sistema con la conexi\u00f3n a Uruguay y Brasil en 2024; completando as\u00ed el proceso paperless fitosanitario con todos los miembros del Cosave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diego Quiroga, presidente del Comit\u00e9 de Sanidad Vegetal del Cono Sur, tambi\u00e9n subray\u00f3 la importancia estrat\u00e9gica de la digitalizaci\u00f3n en los procesos de sanidad vegetal regional; y destac\u00f3 el compromiso del comit\u00e9 con la cooperaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica entre los siete pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, durante 2023, Chile emiti\u00f3 775 certificados sanitarios a Bolivia; destacando productos como manzanas, kiwis y pino radiata. La Certificaci\u00f3n Electr\u00f3nica Fitosanitaria, ePhyto, representa un avance tecnol\u00f3gico clave en la agricultura internacional.
