En este extraordinario acontecimiento, el cual dur\u00f3 3 d\u00edas, participaron 948 inscriptos de 35 pa\u00edses representando a 309 empresas.  El encuentro const\u00f3 de una Ceremonia de Apertura con la conferencia de Alejandro Werner, Director del Departamento del Hemisferio Occidental del Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI), mientras que el segundo d\u00eda comenz\u00f3 con la Sesi\u00f3n Plenaria II sobre \u201cMaterias primas y no convencionales en la industria petroqu\u00edmica\u201d, la cual cont\u00f3, entre otros, con la participaci\u00f3n de Alejandro Mart\u00ednez Sibaja, Director General de Pemex Gas y Petroqu\u00edmica B\u00e1sica de PEMEX.  Tambi\u00e9n en el segundo d\u00eda, se llev\u00f3 a cabo un Panel y Workshop organizado por APLA e IPA \u2013 Instituto Petroqu\u00edmico Argentino\u2013 sobre las \u201cPremisas Petroqu\u00edmicas para 2016\u201d en el que participaron importantes consultoras.
