{"id":49315,"date":"2024-01-16T14:26:29","date_gmt":"2024-01-16T14:26:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=49315"},"modified":"2024-01-16T14:26:31","modified_gmt":"2024-01-16T14:26:31","slug":"gremios-solicitan-mejoras-en-aeropuerto-de-la-aurora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/gremios-solicitan-mejoras-en-aeropuerto-de-la-aurora\/","title":{"rendered":"Gremios solicitan mejoras en aeropuerto de La Aurora"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Gremios del Transporte A\u00e9reo en Guatemala urgen inversiones en el Aeropuerto Internacional de La Aurora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> La Asociaci\u00f3n Guatemalteca de L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas (AGLA) y la Asociaci\u00f3n de Transporte A\u00e9reo Internacional (IATA) han instado al gobierno entrante a abordar de manera prioritaria los problemas operativos e infraestructurales en el Aeropuerto Internacional de La Aurora (AILA); la principal terminal a\u00e9rea del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter Cerd\u00e1, Vicepresidente Regional de IATA para las Am\u00e9ricas; se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la falta de un plan adecuado de inversiones continuas ha llevado al deterioro de la infraestructura del AILA. Asimismo, Rafael Sard\u00e1, Presidente de AGLA, destac\u00f3 la necesidad inmediata de abordar problemas como la falta de mantenimiento preventivo; mal estado de calles de rodaje y fallas en sistemas el\u00e9ctricos y de equipaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de las deficiencias de infraestructura, las l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas enfrentan desaf\u00edos en seguridad operacional. Incluyendo la presencia de animales en la pista; y problemas de coordinaci\u00f3n entre operaciones de aviaci\u00f3n comercial y general. Estos desaf\u00edos no solo representan riesgos para la seguridad operacional, sino que tambi\u00e9n afectan la experiencia del pasajero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, os gremios destacaron que la inversi\u00f3n en el aeropuerto promover\u00e1 el turismo en Guatemala; siendo este sector responsable del 5.1% del PIB en 2023. Cifra equivalente a US$4,900 millones y generando 420,700 empleos directos e indirectos.
