Al respecto, Oscar Del Cueto, presidente de la ferroviaria en M\u00e9xico, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que est\u00e1n en conversaciones con la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT) para definir los detalles y alcances del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ejecutivo explic\u00f3 que est\u00e1n evaluando la viabilidad del proyecto, considerando aspectos como costos, financiamiento, impacto ambiental y log\u00edstica. Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la firma estadounidense HDR se encargar\u00e1 de realizar los estudios pertinentes; que se esperan para mayo del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o. Estos estudios abordar\u00e1n temas como seguridad, infraestructura, modelo de servicio y potencial de carga, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del Cueto tambi\u00e9n aclar\u00f3 que, a diferencia del tren interurbano de Monterrey; CPKC no financiar\u00e1 el estudio para el tren M\u00e9xico-Nuevo Laredo, que ser\u00e1 responsabilidad del estado. No obstante, la compa\u00f1\u00eda revisar\u00e1 el proyecto para garantizar la eficiencia en el movimiento de carga.
