{"id":48548,"date":"2023-12-12T12:49:42","date_gmt":"2023-12-12T12:49:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=48548"},"modified":"2023-12-12T12:49:44","modified_gmt":"2023-12-12T12:49:44","slug":"solo-18-61-aprueba-patente-de-agente-aduanal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/solo-18-61-aprueba-patente-de-agente-aduanal\/","title":{"rendered":"Solo 18.61% aprueba patente de agente aduanal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Agencia Nacional de Aduanas de M\u00e9xico (ANAM) inform\u00f3 que de las 849 personas que se sometieron al examen para obtener una patente de agente aduanal; solo 158, equivalente al 18.61%, aprobaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inicialmente, la ANAM hab\u00eda establecido una calificaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de 80 puntos; pero finalmente se consider\u00f3 aprobatorio un puntaje de 60 sobre 100. Este ajuste se realiz\u00f3 ante la escasa cantidad de personas que alcanzaron el puntaje originalmente propuesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De los aprobados, 118 son hombres y 40 mujeres. La ANAM realizar\u00e1 una revisi\u00f3n y validaci\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n presentada por los aprobados; quienes recibir\u00e1n instrucciones para las etapas subsecuentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organismos como la Confederaci\u00f3n Latinoamericana de Agentes Aduanales (CLAA) y el Colegio Nacional de Profesionistas con Posgrado en Derecho expresaron inconformidad con el tipo de preguntas realizadas en el examen; y solicitar\u00e1n una reconsideraci\u00f3n para aplicar un nuevo examen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proceso de registro es una reanudaci\u00f3n de un intento anterior detenido en junio por un supuesto ataque cibern\u00e9tico.
