Las RIN, que alcanzaron $us 2.147 millones en agosto; se han visto afectadas por la falta de inversiones en exploraci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n en el sector hidrocarbur\u00edfero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno pretende abordar este problema con medidas correctivas; como la implementaci\u00f3n de plantas de biodiesel y la sustituci\u00f3n de gasolina con etanol. Montenegro destac\u00f3 la importancia de estas acciones para ahorrar divisas y aumentar la producci\u00f3n nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de la presi\u00f3n sobre las RIN debido a la deuda p\u00fablica externa y otros factores; se ha mantenido la subvenci\u00f3n del di\u00e9sel y la gasolina para proteger el poder adquisitivo de la poblaci\u00f3n. Montenegro hizo hincapi\u00e9 en la necesidad de desbloquear proyectos de ley en la Asamblea Legislativa para permitir el desembolso de cr\u00e9ditos comprometidos por organismos internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la ley de compra de oro para fortalecer las RIN; revelando que hasta la fecha se han comprado aproximadamente dos toneladas. Esta ley, promulgada en mayo, busca modernizar la administraci\u00f3n de las reservas; as\u00ed como garantizar la estabilidad econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds.
