FQM destaca que la sentencia pone en riesgo programas de protecci\u00f3n financiados por la compa\u00f1\u00eda; y solicita detalles adicionales sobre las implicaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa, habl\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de su subsidiaria Minera Panam\u00e1 SA (MPSA). Expres\u00f3 preocupaci\u00f3n por la falta de consideraci\u00f3n de medidas ambientales clave en el proceso de cierre; especialmente en relaci\u00f3n con las balsas de almacenamiento de relaves y el tratamiento de aguas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FQM suspende las previsiones de producci\u00f3n para Cobre Panam\u00e1 en 2023; y ha iniciado dos procesos de arbitraje.
