Seg\u00fan datos de la Agencia Nacional de Transportes Acu\u00e1ticos (Antaq). El a\u00f1o 2023 ha presenciado un crecimiento sostenido con un total de 966,3 millones de toneladas manipuladas; un 5,8% m\u00e1s que en 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El impulso del r\u00e9cord se atribuye al aumento en la manipulaci\u00f3n de minerales de hierro, petr\u00f3leo crudo, ma\u00edz y soja. El transporte mar\u00edtimo de larga distancia y el cabotaje tambi\u00e9n han experimentado aumentos significativos; con un movimiento de 252,6 millones de toneladas y 73,82 millones de toneladas, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de la preocupaci\u00f3n por la sequ\u00eda en la Regi\u00f3n Norte; la navegaci\u00f3n interior y mar\u00edtima ha experimentado un crecimiento del 12,63% y del 21,3% respectivamente. Adem\u00e1s, las Terminales de Uso Privado (TUP) han registrado un incremento del 8,25%; destac\u00e1ndose la Terminal Mar\u00edtima de Ponta da Madeira y la terminal petrolera Tpet\/Toil de A\u00e7u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los Puertos Organizados tambi\u00e9n han contribuido significativamente. Con Santos liderando el camino al manejar m\u00e1s de 37 millones de toneladas en el trimestre; seguido de Paranagu\u00e1 y Itagua\u00ed.
