Se espera que esta obra reduzca los costos log\u00edsticos y; en consecuencia, aumente la competitividad del comercio exterior y contribuya al desarrollo econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto del antepuerto surge como respuesta a la congesti\u00f3n vehicular causada por el desplazamiento desorganizado de veh\u00edculos livianos, transporte p\u00fablico; as\u00ed como de carga hacia el Puerto del Callao. La falta de v\u00edas alternas ha exacerbado este problema. El antepuerto albergar\u00e1 veh\u00edculos de carga que realizan operaciones dentro del puerto mientras esperan su turno; evitando la espera en las v\u00edas adyacentes al puerto y trasladando el tr\u00e1fico al interior del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El antepuerto abarcar\u00e1 un \u00e1rea de 207,591.65 m\u00b2 y estar\u00e1 ubicado entre las avenidas N\u00e9stor Gambetta y Contralmirante Mora. Tendr\u00e1 capacidad para 729 veh\u00edculos pesados, garitas de control, zona de estacionamiento, taller, edificio de oficinas y servicios b\u00e1sicos.
