{"id":46424,"date":"2023-09-20T19:47:33","date_gmt":"2023-09-20T19:47:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=46424"},"modified":"2023-09-20T19:47:35","modified_gmt":"2023-09-20T19:47:35","slug":"proponen-uso-reverso-de-oleoducto-sica-sica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/proponen-uso-reverso-de-oleoducto-sica-sica\/","title":{"rendered":"Proponen uso reverso de oleoducto Sica Sica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bolivia ha presentado una audaz propuesta a Chile durante el XV Comit\u00e9 de Frontera e Integraci\u00f3n Bolivia &#8211; Chile; y es usar en reversa el oleoducto de Sica Sica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan revel\u00f3 el viceministro de Comercio Exterior e Integraci\u00f3n boliviano, Benjam\u00edn Blanco, Bolivia sugiere utilizar en reversa el oleoducto de Sica Sica; sujeto a una concesi\u00f3n mar\u00edtima de 20 a\u00f1os, para importar gasolina y di\u00e9sel desde Chile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El oleoducto Santa Cruz &#8211; Sica Sica &#8211; Arica, se extiende desde la Estaci\u00f3n Terminal Cochabamba hasta la Terminal Arica; y actualmente transporta crudo reconstituido. Ciertamente, el acuerdo sobre este oleoducto se remonta a 1957; y detalla aspectos relativos a su estudio, construcci\u00f3n, mantenimiento y operaci\u00f3n en territorio chileno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El decreto que renueva la concesi\u00f3n mar\u00edtima del oleoducto por un per\u00edodo adicional de 20 a\u00f1os fue firmado por la ministra de Defensa Nacional de Chile en diciembre de 2022. Esta propuesta beneficia a Bolivia al reducir significativamente los costos de importaci\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos. Adem\u00e1s de optimizar los precios en comparaci\u00f3n con las importaciones realizadas por Paraguay, Argentina y Brasil; seg\u00fan Yacimientos Petrol\u00edferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Blanco enfatiz\u00f3 que esta propuesta reducir\u00eda significativamente los costos actuales de importaci\u00f3n de gasolina, di\u00e9sel y crudo de ultramar; brindando mejores condiciones para realizar estas importaciones.
