Este logro representa un hito significativo para el aeropuerto; ya que ACI reconoce su compromiso continuo con la mejora de la experiencia del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La acreditaci\u00f3n Customer Experience, parte del programa Airport Service Quality (ASQ) de ACI; se basa en metas y objetivos espec\u00edficos que distinguen a este premio en satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente. Los aeropuertos se eval\u00faan en ocho pr\u00e1cticas clave; incluyendo la comprensi\u00f3n del cliente, estrategia, medici\u00f3n, mejora operativa, gobernanza, cultura aeroportuaria, dise\u00f1o e innovaci\u00f3n de servicios, y colaboraci\u00f3n con la comunidad aeroportuaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ricardo Hern\u00e1ndez, director ejecutivo de AERIS, el operador del AIJS, coment\u00f3: \u00abEn el Aeropuerto Internacional Juan Santamar\u00eda estamos comprometidos con la experiencia PURA VIDA; trabajamos por un tr\u00e1nsito agradable para los pasajeros. Las buenas amenidades, la excelencia en el servicio al cliente y la mejora constante son compromisos en los que trabajamos a diario y son reconocidos con esta certificaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El AIJS alcanz\u00f3 el nivel 3 al cumplir con 47 requerimientos espec\u00edfico; lo que refleja una estrategia avanzada de experiencia del cliente. Entre los factores clave que contribuyeron a este logro se incluye el fortalecimiento de la marca \u00abSJO; Su puerta a la experiencia pura vida\u00bb y la implementaci\u00f3n del programa \u00abYour Pura Vida Experience Gateway\u00bb.
