Esta norma, que entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 23 de agosto de 2023; tendr\u00e1 una vigencia de seis meses. Adem\u00e1s responde a las necesidades del transporte ferroviario en l\u00ednea con los proyectos prioritarios del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2019-2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de esta regla es establecer la clasificaci\u00f3n y los requisitos m\u00ednimos que cada clase de v\u00eda debe cumplir para garantizar la seguridad del tr\u00e1fico de trenes en el sistema ferroviario mexicano; incorporando avances tecnol\u00f3gicos. Esto incluye proyectos prioritarios como el Tren Maya, el Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico del Istmo de Tehuantepec y el Tren Interurbano M\u00e9xico-Toluca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva norma abarca temas relacionados con clases de v\u00eda para servicios de pasajeros que operan a velocidades de 160 km\/h, sistemas de v\u00eda no balastados, fijaciones, desviaciones, velocidades y geometr\u00eda de la v\u00eda, entre otros. Tambi\u00e9n ampl\u00eda la clasificaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas, incluyendo requisitos de calidad para la subestructura de v\u00eda y la actualizaci\u00f3n de sistemas de v\u00eda balastada y v\u00eda en placa (slab track).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entrada en vigor de esta nueva norma marca la derogaci\u00f3n de la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-003-ARTF-2019.
