El presidente ejecutivo de YLB, Carlos Ramos, destac\u00f3 la importancia de este logro; consider\u00e1ndolo un hito en el pa\u00eds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La planta, con una capacidad total de producci\u00f3n de 15.000 toneladas de carbonato de litio; iniciar\u00e1 su actividad en el mercado con una producci\u00f3n inicial de m\u00e1s de 2.000 toneladas. Ramos subray\u00f3 que el precio actual del litio en el mercado internacional es de alrededor de $35.000 por tonelada; lo que resultar\u00e1 en ingresos significativos para Bolivia por la comercializaci\u00f3n inicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de esta primera fase, se anticipa que las ventas de carbonato de litio boliviano aumentar\u00e1n este a\u00f1o, ya que la planta tambi\u00e9n comercializar\u00e1 la producci\u00f3n a escala piloto.
