{"id":44565,"date":"2023-07-12T19:40:16","date_gmt":"2023-07-12T19:40:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=44565"},"modified":"2023-07-12T19:40:19","modified_gmt":"2023-07-12T19:40:19","slug":"habra-tlc-entre-emiratos-arabes-unidos-y-costa-rica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/habra-tlc-entre-emiratos-arabes-unidos-y-costa-rica\/","title":{"rendered":"Habr\u00e1 TLC entre Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos y Costa Rica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Este 12 de julio comenz\u00f3 la primera ronda de negociaci\u00f3n para la suscripci\u00f3n de un Acuerdo de Asociaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica Integral sobre Comercio e Inversi\u00f3n entre los Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos y Costa Rica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta iniciativa se lleva a cabo despu\u00e9s del anuncio realizado en marzo por el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comex.go.cr\/\">Ministro de Comercio Exterior de Costa Rica<\/a>, Manuel Tovar; y su hom\u00f3logo emirat\u00ed, Thani Al-Zeyoudi. Las reuniones se desarrollar\u00e1n de manera virtual del 12 al 14 de julio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministro de Comercio Exterior, Manuel Tovar, afirm\u00f3: \u00abLa expectativa para esta primera ronda de negociaci\u00f3n es avanzar sustancialmente en la parte normativa. Ambos pa\u00edses esperamos alcanzar un acuerdo mutuamente satisfactorio en el corto plazo; por lo que se prev\u00e9 un proceso de negociaci\u00f3n bajo un enfoque sencillo y pragm\u00e1tico\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta negociaci\u00f3n con Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos representa una oportunidad para fortalecer los lazos con Oriente Medio; como parte de la estrategia del gobierno costarricense de promover nuevas oportunidades para los productores y exportadores del pa\u00eds. Un acuerdo comercial entre ambas naciones permitir\u00eda consolidar cadenas de valor hacia la regi\u00f3n de Oriente Medio; y fomentar\u00eda la inversi\u00f3n extranjera directa procedente de Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante esta primera ronda de negociaciones se llevar\u00e1 a cabo una revisi\u00f3n de los textos relacionados con el acceso a mercados, reglas de origen; as\u00ed como facilitaci\u00f3n del comercio, medidas sanitarias y fitosanitarias, obst\u00e1culos t\u00e9cnicos al comercio, servicios, compras p\u00fablicas, cooperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, inversi\u00f3n, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas, asuntos institucionales y soluci\u00f3n de controversias.
