El plan, llamado Plan Indicativo Plurianual 2021-2027, cuenta con una inversi\u00f3n de 14 millones de euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las \u00e1reas prioritarias de esta cooperaci\u00f3n incluyen la descarbonizaci\u00f3n; que busca promover el uso de transporte el\u00e9ctrico, energ\u00edas renovables y bonos verdes. Tambi\u00e9n se enfoca en la digitalizaci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n; as\u00ed como en el apoyo a personas en movilidad humana, como refugiados y migrantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La UE tiene como objetivo promover una transici\u00f3n verde y digital justa en Costa Rica y la regi\u00f3n. En este sentido, est\u00e1n preparando una agenda de inversi\u00f3n llamada Global Gateway; que ser\u00e1 presentada en la pr\u00f3xima cumbre entre la UE y la Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribe\u00f1os (CELAC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El canciller de Costa Rica, Arnoldo Andr\u00e9 Tinoco, destac\u00f3 que este plan demuestra la evoluci\u00f3n de la cooperaci\u00f3n entre su pa\u00eds y la UE.
