{"id":43143,"date":"2023-05-22T19:38:54","date_gmt":"2023-05-22T19:38:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=43143"},"modified":"2023-05-22T19:38:57","modified_gmt":"2023-05-22T19:38:57","slug":"impulsan-terminal-maritimo-multiproposito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/impulsan-terminal-maritimo-multiproposito\/","title":{"rendered":"Impulsan terminal mar\u00edtimo multiprop\u00f3sito"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI) de Colombia dio paso al proyecto de desarrollo de un terminal mar\u00edtimo multiprop\u00f3sito en la Zona Portuaria de Ci\u00e9naga (Magdalena). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que la Sociedad Portuaria R\u00edo C\u00f3rdoba S.A., present\u00f3 su propuesta de concesi\u00f3n por 30 a\u00f1os en una audiencia p\u00fablica de socializaci\u00f3n. El proyecto portuario busca mejorar y ampliar las operaciones en la zona. Promoviendo el comercio exterior a trav\u00e9s de un terminal intermodal; que se conectar\u00e1 al Ferrocarril del Atl\u00e1ntico, al sistema nacional de poliductos y a la ruta vial Ruta del Sol. Esta estrategia intermodal tiene como objetivo impulsar eficientemente el crecimiento del pa\u00eds mediante una red de infraestructura integral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las obras a desarrollar se encuentra la construcci\u00f3n de una pasarela de acceso de 1,49 km de longitud y 11 m de ancho; equipada con banda transportadora y espacios para veh\u00edculos. Adem\u00e1s, se realizar\u00e1 un dragado en la zona mar\u00edtima para facilitar las maniobras de los buques. El terminal contar\u00e1 con un muelle mar\u00edtimo de 333 metros de largo y 22 metros de ancho; permitiendo la carga y descarga de diversos tipos de mercanc\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Sociedad Portuaria R\u00edo C\u00f3rdoba S.A. estima que, una vez otorgada la concesi\u00f3n, las obras tomar\u00e1n aproximadamente tres a\u00f1os; mientras que la terminal multiprop\u00f3sito comenzar\u00e1 a operar en el cuarto a\u00f1o. Se espera que, a partir de ese momento, se atiendan anualmente alrededor de 2.790.000 toneladas de carga y 4.200 contenedores; increment\u00e1ndose conforme a la demanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto no solo impulsar\u00e1 el comercio exterior, sino que tambi\u00e9n generar\u00e1 alrededor de 1.500 empleos directos; durante el proceso constructivo y la operaci\u00f3n.
