Especialmente en el contexto de la \u00faltima milla; ya que es el \u00fanico medio que permite el servicio de puerta a puerta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo se\u00f1al\u00f3 Jocelyn Romero, Directora General de Multimodal Solutions Cargo. Quien destac\u00f3 que al menos el 95% de los bienes manufacturados a nivel mundial se trasladan mediante el transporte intermodal en alg\u00fan momento previo a su llegada al cliente; seg\u00fan la Asociaci\u00f3n Intermodal de Norte Am\u00e9rica (IANA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Romero coincidi\u00f3 con la postura de la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Transporte Intermodal (AMTI); sobre la importancia de aprovechar las oportunidades que traer\u00e1 la relocalizaci\u00f3n de las plantas de producci\u00f3n (nearshoring) de las empresas asi\u00e1ticas. Adem\u00e1s, resalt\u00f3 el papel decisivo que juega el intermodal en las exportaciones de M\u00e9xico hacia Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La eficiencia del sistema intermodal se debe en gran medida a la capacitaci\u00f3n; y estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con el autotransporte, seg\u00fan Romero.
