Actualmente se enfoca en redise\u00f1ar su modelo de abastecimiento como parte de su estrategia de crecimiento. Uno de los planes de acci\u00f3n incluye el redise\u00f1o de su operaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica; por lo que la implementaci\u00f3n del WMS de Infor fue una soluci\u00f3n importante para digitalizar su cadena de suministro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gerente de cadena de suministro de Cueros V\u00e9lez, Paula Cardenas, afirm\u00f3 que el WMS de Infor ha sido una herramienta muy intuitiva que les ha permitido tener una visibilidad en tiempo real de la informaci\u00f3n; lo que facilita la toma de decisiones.
