Luego de las pol\u00e9micas negociaciones del a\u00f1o pasado que terminaron despu\u00e9s de la intervenci\u00f3n del Congreso para bloquear la <a href=\"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/amenazan-con-huelga-ferroviaria-en-eeeuu\/\">huelga<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ferrocarril con sede en Jacksonville, Florida, dijo que hab\u00eda llegado a acuerdos con dos sindicatos m\u00e1s; d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de anunciar pactos con otros sindicatos. CSX dijo que unos 500 miembros de la Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Maquinistas y Trabajadores Aeroespaciales y el sindicato de la Conferencia Nacional de Bomberos y Petroleros, que representa a los trabajadores de servicios p\u00fablicos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, recibir\u00e1n cuatro d\u00edas de enfermedad pagados. Los trabajadores tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n convertir tres de sus d\u00edas de licencia personal en d\u00edas de enfermedad para obtener siete d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sindicato de maquinistas dijo que a los empleados se les pagar\u00e1 por cualquier tiempo de enfermedad no utilizado al final de cada a\u00f1o; o se les puede agregar el valor de esos d\u00edas a sus cuentas de jubilaci\u00f3n.
