{"id":39425,"date":"2023-01-19T21:17:15","date_gmt":"2023-01-19T21:17:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=39425"},"modified":"2023-01-19T21:17:15","modified_gmt":"2023-01-19T21:17:15","slug":"uma-forca-poderosa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/uma-forca-poderosa\/","title":{"rendered":"UMA FOR\u00c7A PODEROSA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Com a luz vermelha piscando, o Brasil patina lastimosamente na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e na gera\u00e7\u00e3o de novos empregos, exigindo a\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras para ocupar as legi\u00f5es que buscam e querem participar como atores no desenvolvimento do pa\u00eds que, por outra parte, est\u00e1 longe em registrar \u00edndices de crescimento adequados \u00e0s suas necessidades e potencialidades.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A crise est\u00e1 gerando conflitos inevit\u00e1veis de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o a uma nova ordem de relacionamentos entre o capital e o trabalho, ambos acuados por essa nova realidade que, numa face, estabelece a&nbsp;<strong>competitividade<\/strong>&nbsp;como s\u00edmbolo m\u00e1ximo da excel\u00eancia empresarial com sua implac\u00e1vel rela\u00e7\u00e3o custo\/benef\u00edcio-m\u00e1quina\/homem; e noutra, mostra a perversidade de uma equa\u00e7\u00e3o nefasta:&nbsp;<strong>menos emprego<\/strong>, menos renda, menos renda. menos vendas; menos vendas, menos produ\u00e7\u00e3o; menos produ\u00e7\u00e3o, menos investimentos; menos investimentos, menos crescimento; menos crescimento, menos empregos&#8230;..\u00c9 assim por diante, num \u201cmodus perpetuo\u201d , recome\u00e7a o c\u00edrculo sinistro, cuja for\u00e7a de atra\u00e7\u00e3o atrai de forma insens\u00edvel para o desespero e a fome uma parcela significativa da sociedade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 claro que existem mecanismos para solu\u00e7\u00e3o desse paradoxo da sociedade moderna.\u00a0<strong>Um deles<\/strong>, para aplica\u00e7\u00e3o imediata, seria a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de ex\u00e9rcitos de pequenos empres\u00e1rios \u2013 outrora empregados &#8211; que, sob a\u00a0<strong>\u00e9gide do empreendedorismo<\/strong>\u00a0encontram a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o e os incentivos necess\u00e1rios para constituir pequenos empreendimentos para dar asas a sua vontade de sobreviver economicamente e gerar riquezas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O mecanismo para promover uma revolu\u00e7\u00e3o positiva nessa \u00e1rea \u00e9 muito simples: a) cr\u00e9dito abundante, a juros compat\u00edveis com a fun\u00e7\u00e3o social do objetivo proposto, subsidiado se preciso; b) sistema eficaz de informa\u00e7\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios e oportunidades; c) menos burocracia; d) lideran\u00e7as, que em vez de gastar tempo e energia tentando achar bodes expiat\u00f3rios, trabalhem com vigor e proclamem aos quatro ventos \u201cn\u00f3s podemos crescer mais, sim\u201d.<br><br>Sem esquecer que a pequena empresa tem, pelo menos, duas caracter\u00edsticas especialmente positivas: a) a rela\u00e7\u00e3o capital &#8211;
