Se trata de un volumen menor en 51%, con relaci\u00f3n a la cosecha del a\u00f1o 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honduras export\u00f3 entre octubre y las primeras dos semanas de diciembre de 2022 unos 274.000 quintales del grano (de 46 kilos). Estos datos fueron informados por el Instituto Hondure\u00f1o del Caf\u00e9 (Ihcafe). Quienes tambi\u00e9n indicaron que las ventas de caf\u00e9 en el periodo de an\u00e1lisis tambi\u00e9n bajaron; pero en una tasa menor (46,2 %), hasta 58,69 millones de d\u00f3lares, frente a los 109,05 millones del periodo anterior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pese a que la instituci\u00f3n no revel\u00f3 las causas de estas variaciones; s\u00ed afirmaron que las exportaciones de caf\u00e9 se han reducido por la volatilidad del precio del grano arom\u00e1tico y los da\u00f1os causados por la roya en muchas fincas. El precio del quintal de caf\u00e9 en la cosecha actual alcanz\u00f3 un promedio de 213,82 d\u00f3lares; mientras que en el mismo lapso de la cosecha 2021-2022 se cotiz\u00f3 a 195,76 d\u00f3lares, un incremento del 9,2 %, detallaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El principal mercado al Honduras export\u00f3 caf\u00e9 fue Alemania; en lo que va de la cosecha 2022-2023, ya que ese pa\u00eds compr\u00f3 el 20,3 %. Seguidamente Estados Unidos (18 %), B\u00e9lgica (11,1 %), Jap\u00f3n (8,7 %) y Colombia y Reino Unido (5,7 % cada uno).
