Esto muestra que no podemos tener un plan para el transporte f\u00e9rreo, otro para el carretero y otro <a href=\"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/incrementaran-oferta-aeronautica-en-colombia\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/incrementaran-oferta-aeronautica-en-colombia\/\">aeroportuario<\/a>; tenemos que tener uno integral\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta afirmaci\u00f3n la hizo la representante del ministerio de Transporte, Alejandra Quintero; durante el Foro LR Econom\u00eda Mar\u00edtima para el Desarrollo, en el panel &#8216;El transporte mar\u00edtimo frente al cambio clim\u00e1tico&#8217;. Tambi\u00e9n afirm\u00f3 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quintero afirm\u00f3 que los grandes retos mar\u00edtimos y portuarios son la competitividad y la sostenibilidad y el c\u00f3mo se articulan. Por ello cont\u00f3 que ya han avanzado en esta direcci\u00f3n con el establecimiento del pilar \u00abBuenas pr\u00e1cticas para el desarrollo de puertos sostenibles\u00bb. Todo esto dentro del Conpes portuario que esperan expedir este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicional a ello, la directora de infraestructura indic\u00f3 que desde 2017 tienen un plan de adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico; que ha sido la gu\u00eda en lo que tiene que ver con las actividades mar\u00edtimas. Pero que ahora se est\u00e1 quedando corto, por ello lo complementar\u00e1n con un Plan Maestro de Transporte Intermodal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El director de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Navieros y Agentes Mar\u00edtimos, Juan Alberto P\u00e1ez; explic\u00f3 que hay un marco normativo global enfocado a la sostenibilidad desde este sector por parte de la la Organizaci\u00f3n Mar\u00edtima Internacional (OMI) con el Convenio internacional para prevenir la contaminaci\u00f3n por los buques (Marpol); lo cual se ve m\u00e1s detallado en  seis anexos que hablan sobre los factores de contaminaci\u00f3n relacionadas al sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e1ez explic\u00f3 que Colombia es signataria de Marpol pero a\u00fan no ha implementado la regulaci\u00f3n para evitar los factores contaminantes contemplados en el anexo seis; y que este ser\u00eda un aspecto que el pa\u00eds debe tener presente y resolverlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>.<strong><em>TodologisticaNEWS: Las principales noticias sobre puertos, log\u00edstica, transporte y comercio exterior<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\u00abVamos a tener el Plan Maestro de Transporte Intermodal para finales de diciembre.
