Se\u00f1al\u00f3 temas como Mercosur, Hidrov\u00eda, Libre Navegaci\u00f3n, que pese a firmarse documentos, han sido muchas veces \u00abfirmas vac\u00edas\u00bb. Coment\u00f3 la Guerra Comercial que impide la libre navegaci\u00f3n. Present\u00f3 oficialmente el URUPABOL empresarial. Anunci\u00f3 sus pr\u00f3ximos pasos presentando esta iniciativa a las m\u00e1ximas autoridades.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e9sar Ros, expuso sobre el Estado Articulador. Elementos determinantes para lograrlo. Otros temas abordados por \u00e9l, fueron: Articulaci\u00f3n P\u00fablico privada. Sostenibilidad, Balance ambiental. Y luego de ilustrar a Paraguay en n\u00fameros, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Objetivos Prioritarios para el 2030, con tres ejes de acci\u00f3n: Reducci\u00f3n de la pobreza, Crecimiento econ\u00f3mico inclusivo e inserci\u00f3n en el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Beltr\u00e1n, nos present\u00f3 la Cadena de Valor agregado y un circulo virtuoso intersectorial. Realiz\u00f3 un balance, donde present\u00f3 Activos y Desaf\u00edos como Naci\u00f3n. Nuevos recursos y oportunidades. Y de cada a un pa\u00eds seguro y f\u00e1cil, marc\u00f3 la importancia de resolver el problema de transporte, de la mano de un Plan de Infraestructura y Log\u00edstica. Otros temas abordados por la CNCySP fueron: Mercado, Clima de Negocios, Capital Humano, Infraestructura y Financiamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Barriga comparti\u00f3 la visi\u00f3n de CADEX sobre la situaci\u00f3n general de Am\u00e9rica Latina y <span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">se\u00f1al\u00f3 la necesidad de uso de la Hidrov\u00eda.<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\"> Destac\u00f3 la necesaria diversificaci\u00f3n. Reclam\u00f3 invertir en infraestructura, bajar los sobre costos log\u00edsticos, para lograr competitividad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Por \u00faltimo, Carrizosa (CIP), present\u00f3 al gremio que representa, los valores de transparencia, honestidad y lucha contra la ilegalidad que profesan.
