Quien adem\u00e1s manifest\u00f3 que su sue\u00f1o es hacer de Barranquilla un puerto de exportaci\u00f3n de carne vacuna de reses alimentadas con pastos en fincas sostenibles. Esta informaci\u00f3n se dio a conocer durante la instalaci\u00f3n del 39\u00ba Congreso Nacional de Ganaderos; que se realiz\u00f3 en el Centro de Convenciones Puerta de Oro en Barranquilla los d\u00edas 17 y 18 de noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al encuentro asistieron el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego; la ministra de Agricultura, Cecilia L\u00f3pez Monta\u00f1o; Jos\u00e9 F\u00e9lix Lafaurie Rivera, presidente ejecutivo de la Federaci\u00f3n Colombiana de Ganaderos (Fedeg\u00e1n); y Jaime Rafael Daza Almendrales, secretario general de Fedeg\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El alcalde se refiri\u00f3 a la ola invernal que vive el pa\u00eds y que afecta a todos los habitantes del pa\u00eds. Seg\u00fan su explicaci\u00f3n, ha llovido 2.5 veces m\u00e1s que en el invierno de 2010 y fue el mes de octubre m\u00e1s lluvioso de la historia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNosotros tenemos que ser agentes positivos del cuidado del medio ambiente.
