Con este acuerdo se establece un marco regulatario de las inversiones rec\u00edprocas inspirado en el principio de no discriminaci\u00f3n, es decir, que tanto los inversionistas como las inversiones chilenas y uruguayas obtengan, a lo menos, el mismo trato que los inversionistas nacionales.Ambos pa\u00edses se comprometieron a no establecer nuevas regulaciones en el futuro.
