Ellas son: Ferrovia Centro Atl\u00e2ntica S\/A (VLI), MRS Log\u00edstica S\/A y Rumo S\/A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ferrocarril Interno del Puerto de Santos (Fips) es la soluci\u00f3n para un sistema f\u00e9rreo que est\u00e1 a punto de colapsar, con una utilizaci\u00f3n del 94%. La ampliaci\u00f3n es esencial para atender eficazmente el tr\u00e1fico futuro, que se prev\u00e9 que se duplique en 5 o 10 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas tienen hasta 45 d\u00edas para presentar el plan de transici\u00f3n destinado a garantizar la transferencia segura y sin interrupci\u00f3n de las operaciones ferroviarias en el puerto.\u00a0 El cesionario debe aplicar el plan de transici\u00f3n en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 90 d\u00edas.
