Fue cultivado en Zipaquir\u00e1 y transportada desde el Puerto de Santa Marta cuidadosamente en contenedores debidamente refrigerados a bordo de la embarcaci\u00f3n AS Sabrina 80 Seabord con rumbo a la ciudad de Miami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta nueva exportaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n le permite a Colombia posicionarse como uno de los pa\u00edses con mayor aporte agr\u00edcola al planeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se debe resaltar que el Puerto de Santa Marta contin\u00faa tambi\u00e9n consolid\u00e1ndose como el terminal del agro colombiano y junto a los exportadores trabaja por el progreso del pa\u00eds. Es importante recordar que hace menos de una semana, fueron exportadas 11 toneladas de piment\u00f3n tipo California hacia los Estados Unidos. Producto que fue cultivado en el Valle del Cauca.
