{"id":35853,"date":"2022-09-29T21:30:23","date_gmt":"2022-09-29T21:30:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=35853"},"modified":"2022-09-29T21:30:23","modified_gmt":"2022-09-29T21:30:23","slug":"zona-franca-de-baru-reclama-terrenos-nacionales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/zona-franca-de-baru-reclama-terrenos-nacionales\/","title":{"rendered":"Zona Franca de Bar\u00fa reclama terrenos nacionales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Zona Franca Tur\u00edstica y de Apoyo Log\u00edstico y Multimodal de Bar\u00fa reclama los terrenos nacionales que por Ley el Estado debi\u00f3 ceder y presupuesto para la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo afirm\u00f3 el gerente Eriberto Guerra V\u00e1sque, quien adem\u00e1s evoc\u00f3 el art\u00edculo 11 de la Ley 19, que ordenaba a la naci\u00f3n ceder a la Zona Franca de Bar\u00fa el usufructo de las extensiones de terrenos que fueran necesarias, siempre que dichos terrenos sean de propiedad del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del mismo modo, Guerra indic\u00f3 que por primera vez se har\u00e1 uso de la Ley, considerando que se present\u00f3 ante el Consejo de Gabinete la solicitud de tierras nacionales tras 21 a\u00f1os sin un \u00e1rea designada. \u00abLa Zona Franca de Bar\u00fa naci\u00f3 muerta.
