La nueva empresa viajar\u00e1 a 370 destinos y tendr\u00e1 una facturaci\u00f3n de unos 29.000 millones de d\u00f3lares al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El acuerdo fue aprobado por los consejos de ambas aerol\u00edneas el pasado fin de semana. La nueva compa\u00f1\u00eda resultante conservar\u00e1 el nombre de United, pero utilizar\u00e1 el logotipo y la base de Continental en Houston.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan informaron hoy United y Continental, tercera y cuarta compa\u00f1\u00edas a\u00e9reas del mundo por n\u00famero de pasajeros, la fusi\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 ahorrar en 2013 entre 1.000 y 1.200 millones de d\u00f3lares, y generar\u00e1 un incremento anual de los ingresos de entre 800 y 900 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p>Ambas firmas ya intentaron en 2008 sin \u00e9xito una operaci\u00f3n similar a la que ahora llega<br \/>a buen puerto.
