El acto tendr\u00e1 lugar en el sal\u00f3n auditorio (cuarto piso) del MIC, Avenida Mariscal L\u00f3pez, Asunci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previo a la rueda de prensa, se cont\u00f3 con un ciclo de conferencias log\u00edsticas. A las 09:45 horas, el Director del Programa T-Fast, Daniel Oviedo, abord\u00f3 el tema \u00abCertificaci\u00f3n OEA.
