Pero comprendo la actitud del presidente\u201d, Jos\u00e9 Mujica, opin\u00f3 el nacionalista en declaraciones a radio El Espectador.<\/p>\n<p>Abreu coment\u00f3 que la posici\u00f3n que adopt\u00f3 Uruguay en la votaci\u00f3n no implica que se haya votado a Kirchner. \u201cJur\u00eddicamente el consenso es no oponerse. No hubo voto en contra y se suma al consenso\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Mujica acompa\u00f1\u00f3 el consenso para que Kirchner sea el primer secretario general de la Unasur.
