{"id":3012,"date":"2013-09-14T05:18:25","date_gmt":"2013-09-14T05:18:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologistica.com\/site\/idragado-sin-licencias\/"},"modified":"2013-09-14T05:18:25","modified_gmt":"2013-09-14T05:18:25","slug":"idragado-sin-licencias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/idragado-sin-licencias\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfDragado sin licencias?"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>Y es que si hay algo que nunca debe pasar en las pol\u00edticas de gobierno, es que los asesores de las m\u00e1ximas autoridades, no se den cuenta de cosas tan pero tan importantes como son las licitaciones a la hora de plantear una adjudicaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Este papel\u00f3n sucedi\u00f3 en Paraguay, donde se estuvo a punto de iniciar las obras del dragado del R\u00edo Paraguay, sin ninguna licitaci\u00f3n previa. Al respecto, la Secretaria de Estado, Cristina Morales, indic\u00f3 que adem\u00e1s de lo ya citado, tampoco se contaba con licencia ambiental.<\/p>\n<p>Morales asegur\u00f3 que, al enterarse de la situaci\u00f3n, llam\u00f3 al Ministro de Obras P\u00fablicas y le mostr\u00f3 la equivocaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente del Paraguay, firm\u00f3 el decreto 139 a instancias del Ministro de Obras P\u00fablicas, con el objeto de hacer navegable el R\u00edo Paraguay y ayudar al afianzamiento de la Hidrov\u00eda, pero nunca fue informado que el dragado del r\u00edo se har\u00eda sin tener en cuenta el tema de las licencias.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\u201chttps:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/images\/rio para.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hay momentos donde parece que la realidad es sacada de una pel\u00edcula, y este es uno de esos momentos.
