Desde 2001, Guatemala, El Salvador y Honduras, que integran el CA-3 de Centroam\u00e9rica, manten\u00edan en vigencia el TLC que firmaron con M\u00e9xico, mientras que Costa Rica desde 1995 y Nicaragua en 1998.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, la regi\u00f3n y M\u00e9xico decidieron unificar los tres convenios comerciales con el prop\u00f3sito de consolidar las relaciones comerciales. La viceministra de Integraci\u00f3n y Comercio Exterior de Guatemala, Mar\u00eda Luisa Flores, explic\u00f3 a periodistas que \u201clos centroamericanos ten\u00edamos diferentes tratados comerciales con M\u00e9xico y la aplicaci\u00f3n de diferentes normativas ocasionaba inconvenientes en el comercio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, con la entrada en vigor del TLC M\u00e9xico-Guatemala, \u201cla normativa ser\u00e1 la misma para toda Centroam\u00e9rica, uniformando los beneficios en la regi\u00f3n y facilitando el comercio con nuestros vecinos del norte\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9xico es un mercado natural para los productos y servicios guatemaltecos, y recientemente fue creada la Mesa de Facilitaci\u00f3n del Comercio y Turismo entre Chiapas y Guatemala, como un mecanismo permanente y \u00e1gil de coordinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: agencia EFE<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guatemala espera duplicar las exportaciones al mercado mexicano con la puesta en vigencia desde ayer del acuerdo que unific\u00f3 los Tratados de Libre Comercio (TLC) que ese pa\u00eds manten\u00eda por separado con Costa Rica, Nicaragua y el Tri\u00e1ngulo Norte de Centroam\u00e9rica, conocido como CA-3.
