Sin embargo, Delvalle enfatiz\u00f3 que a creaci\u00f3n de un ente con presencia en el Gabinete de Estado que \u201cpiense, coma, duerma y viva la Industria Maritima y la Log\u00edstica\u201d es algo que cada vez se ve m\u00e1s necesario. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-PA\">La necesidad de recurso humano capacitado, tanto administrativo como t\u00e9cnico, fue otro tema que abord\u00f3 Delvalle en su discurso mencionando los acercamientos con las universidades para lograr pr\u00e1cticas profesionales y pasant\u00edas de los estudiantes, entre otros. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-right: -18.8pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\" lang=\"ES-PA\">El Sr Del valle, expuso en su discurso que como presidente entrante, su \u00a0meta es continuar con los proyectos que quedaron pendientes: la facilitaci\u00f3n del sistema aduanero y migratorio, los muelles para la industria mar\u00edtima auxiliar, la escuela de arbitraje, las ayudas a la navegaci\u00f3n, la educaci\u00f3n mar\u00edtima, adem\u00e1s\u00a0 de impulsar los proyectos que proponga la membrec\u00eda\u00a0 para mejorar la competitividad de nuestra industria y consolidar la cultura mar\u00edtima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-right: -18.8pt;
