Econom\u00eda y Finanzas, del Ministerio de Industria, Energ\u00eda y Miner\u00eda y de la Oficina del Planeamiento y Presupuesto resolvieron en acuerdo con el Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, luego de un detallado an\u00e1lisis de la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y social, postergar por un mes m\u00e1s el aumento en el precio de los combustibles al p\u00fablico como aporte para continuar apalancando el proceso de reactivaci\u00f3n de la actividad local durante la pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n se adopt\u00f3 a pesar del aumento del precio del petr\u00f3leo en el mercado internacional desde fines del a\u00f1o pasado, que impuls\u00f3 fuertes subas en los combustibles en la regi\u00f3n y en los principales pa\u00edses del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir del pr\u00f3ximo mes se comenzar\u00e1 con la aplicaci\u00f3n del nuevo mecanismo de fijaci\u00f3n de tarifas que tendr\u00e1 como referencia el Precio de Paridad de Impostaci\u00f3n (PPI) relevado mensualmente por la Unidad Reguladora de Servicios de Energ\u00eda y Agua, que dar\u00e1 transparencia a los precios y eliminar\u00e1 la discrecionalidad fiscal en su fijaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
