Agreg\u00f3 que \u201cla carga se realiz\u00f3 de manera sistem\u00e1tica, con velocidades bajas de carga en un comienzo, llegando finalmente muy cercano a las velocidades de dise\u00f1o del terminal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDurante todo el proceso se tuvo que hacer detenciones para resolver dificultades y ajustar los sistemas, aumentando gradualmente las velocidades, privilegiando siempre la seguridad de todos los trabajadores y el medio ambiente\u201d.
