{"id":2291,"date":"2013-04-04T02:50:17","date_gmt":"2013-04-04T02:50:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologistica.com\/site\/para-guajardo-villareal-el-tlcan-no-fue-el-remedio-del-desarrollo-mexicano\/"},"modified":"2013-04-04T02:50:17","modified_gmt":"2013-04-04T02:50:17","slug":"para-guajardo-villareal-el-tlcan-no-fue-el-remedio-del-desarrollo-mexicano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/para-guajardo-villareal-el-tlcan-no-fue-el-remedio-del-desarrollo-mexicano\/","title":{"rendered":"Para Guajardo Villareal, el TLCAN no fue el remedio del desarrollo mexicano"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con un comunicado de la SE, el funcionario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que desde 1994, cuando entr\u00f3 en vigor el Tratado, M\u00e9xico ha multiplicado por siete sus exportaciones a Estados Unidos y la Inversi\u00f3n Extranjera Directa de todos los or\u00edgenes del mundo se ha incrementado en promedio cuatro veces.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme a dicho escrito, en su ponencia en el Foro para la Cooperaci\u00f3n, Entendimiento y Solidaridad (FoCUS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), realizado en el Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico Aut\u00f3nomo de M\u00e9xico (ITAM), argument\u00f3 que con el TLCAN los resultados han sido exitosos, pero hoy el mundo compite por regiones, compite por cadenas de valor integradas entre pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u00absi no nos integramos como regi\u00f3n para poder competir en el mundo de una manera m\u00e1s profunda, no vamos a ganar la competencia global\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El comunicado explica que, acompa\u00f1ado del embajador de Estados Unidos en M\u00e9xico, Anthony Wayne, agreg\u00f3 que cuando se firm\u00f3 el TLCAN la proporci\u00f3n del mercado de exportaciones de Estados Unidos, M\u00e9xico y Canad\u00e1 en el mercado mundial era el 19 por ciento, \u00abhoy sumando los tres pa\u00edses, tenemos el 13 por ciento; lo que significa que Am\u00e9rica del Norte perdi\u00f3 seis puntos porcentuales en su participaci\u00f3n de las exportaciones mundiales\u00bb, asent\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: diario Sol de M\u00e9xico<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> <p>El Tratado de Libre Comercio de Am\u00e9rica del Norte (TLCAN) ha sido exitoso, pero bajo ninguna circunstancia ha sido la panacea de la soluci\u00f3n del desarrollo nacional, seg\u00fan informes del titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda (SE), Ildefonso Guajardo Villarreal.
