{"id":22385,"date":"2020-12-04T12:52:49","date_gmt":"2020-12-04T12:52:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=22385"},"modified":"2020-12-04T12:52:49","modified_gmt":"2020-12-04T12:52:49","slug":"morosos-caen-116-en-el-tercer-trimestre-del-ano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/morosos-caen-116-en-el-tercer-trimestre-del-ano\/","title":{"rendered":"Morosos caen 11,6% en el tercer trimestre del a\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un 11,6% cayeron los morosos en Chile durante el tercer trimestre de este a\u00f1o (julio-septiembre) en comparaci\u00f3n con el trimestre anterior de 2020 (abril-junio), pasando de 4.959.145 morosos a 4.384.502, es decir, 574.643 personas dejaron de integrar los registros, seg\u00fan indica el XXX Informe de Deuda Morosa desarrollado por la Universidad San Sebasti\u00e1n y Equifax.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir del 26 de agosto entr\u00f3 en vigencia la Ley N\u00ba 21.214, que proh\u00edbe que se informen sobre deudas contra\u00eddas para financiar la educaci\u00f3n, lo que se plasm\u00f3 en la ca\u00edda de morosos de este trimestre. No obstante, aislando este factor, se sigue registrando una ca\u00edda de 9,3%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respecto a los valores, se estima que en el \u00faltimo trimestre el valor de la mora promedio alcanza $1.999.200 a pesos de septiembre de 2020, es decir, 6,3% mayor al valor de septiembre del a\u00f1o pasado; y es al menos superior en un 5,4% con respecto a los valores del trimestre inmediatamente anterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El informe expone que, en cuanto a cantidad, el 42% de las personas morosas lo est\u00e1 en el retail y el 27% en la banca. Al medirse la participaci\u00f3n en monto, el 59% se concentra en la banca y el 21% en el retail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En tanto, solo 3,8% corresponde a nuevos morosos, lo que representa apenas 0,7% del alza en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.
