Outra mudan\u00e7a de estrutura da empresa \u00e9 a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de mesas livres no ambiente de trabalho presencial, utilizadas de maneira escalonada, previamente agendadas e de acordo com a necessidade do colaborador.<\/p>\n<p>Desde o in\u00edcio da pandemia de COVID-19 a YPF Brasil moveu para o home office todos os profissionais corporativos do escrit\u00f3rio. \u201cEssa foi uma medida necess\u00e1ria para manter os colaboradores protegidos e a empresa em pleno funcionamento.
