Junto con el embajador Luiselli expondr\u00e1 el presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio Uruguayo-Mexicana, H\u00e9ctor Dotta. Toda la actividad se centrar\u00e1 en analizar el caso mexicano, que abri\u00f3 un amplio abanico de TLC, justo cuando Uruguay eval\u00faa su inserci\u00f3n internacional, ante los nuevos contextos regionales y globales.
