De los 949 millones de d\u00f3lares, 200 millones ir\u00e1n para la petrolera estatal Ancap, 194 para la telef\u00f3nica Antel, 370 para la empresa de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica UTE, 104 para la empresa abastecedora de agua potable OSE y los 81 millones restantes para la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Puertos (ANP).<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, el ministro de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas, Fernando Lorenzo, anunci\u00f3 un incremento en el d\u00e9ficit fiscal para 2012 a 1,7% del Producto Interno Bruto.
