El consorcio ganador fue: Operadora CICSA S.A. de C.V. en convenio de asociaci\u00f3n con FCC Construcci\u00f3n S.A.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Tramo 2 de la ruta del Tren Maya recorre 235 km aproximadamente, va desde Esc\u00e1rcega hasta Calkin\u00ed en el estado de Campeche.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los proyectos prioritarios del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico continuar\u00e1n como medidas para mitigar las consecuencias econ\u00f3micas derivadas del COVID-19. En ese sentido, el Tren Maya se establece como una de las obra de infraestructura m\u00e1s importantes y un detonador clave de empleo y desarrollo en el sur-sureste de M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Oficina de las Naciones Unidas de Servicios para Proyectos (UNOPS) realiz\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis independiente \u2014y en paralelo\u2014 al proceso de revisi\u00f3n de propuestas realizado por Fonatur, y manifest\u00f3 su conformidad de acuerdo a est\u00e1ndares internacionales. Tanto el proceso de an\u00e1lisis realizado por Fonatur como el de la UNOPS concluyeron que el consorcio integrado por Operadora CICSA S.A. de C.V. en convenio de asociaci\u00f3n con FCC Construcci\u00f3n S.A. fue el que representa la mejor relaci\u00f3n calidad-precio para el proyecto del Tren Maya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La oferta hecha por este consorcio cumple con los criterios formales y de elegibilidad establecidos en el pliego de bases. En criterios de cualificaci\u00f3n, cumple con los requerimientos legales y administrativos, cuenta con capacidad, experiencia t\u00e9cnica y financiera requeridas.
