A cabotagem respondeu por 10,9% do total (922.742 toneladas), enquanto o longo curso atingiu 89,1% (7.562.081 toneladas). Em 2010, as participa\u00e7\u00f5es foram de, respectivamente, 9,2% (678.601 toneladas) e 90,8% (6.710.472 toneladas). O volume do porto em abril superou em 7% a previs\u00e3o de 7.930.478 toneladas estabelecida para o m\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p>As exporta\u00e7\u00f5es apresentaram recupera\u00e7\u00e3o em abril, com 5.688.747 toneladas, crescimento de 14,6% no cotejo com igual m\u00eas de 2010 (4.962.780 toneladas). As importa\u00e7\u00f5es chegaram a 2.796.076 toneladas, incremento de 15,2% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a abril de 2010 (2.426.293 toneladas). A cabotagem movimentou 13,1% do total de cargas que chegaram ao porto santista (367.228 toneladas), acima dos 11,9% registrados em abril de 2010 (289.692 toneladas).
