Borda se encuentra en China por invitaci\u00f3n del presidente del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), Luis Alberto Moreno, para asistir a la IV Cumbre Empresarial China-Latinoam\u00e9rica y el Caribe, organizada por dicha instituci\u00f3n y el Gobierno chino.  \u201cEste tipo de esfuerzos debe tener la continuidad debida para que estas iniciativas no queden simplemente en la exposici\u00f3n\u201d, destac\u00f3 el ministro de Hacienda durante su visita al stand paraguayo en la Exposici\u00f3n Mundial de Shangh\u00e1i.
