Este formato de emisi\u00f3n permite poder aprovechar una ventana oportuna de mercado y realizar la operaci\u00f3n en el mejor momento, reduciendo as\u00ed el riesgo de exposici\u00f3n a la volatilidad del mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a la emisi\u00f3n propiamente, la misma presenta nuevas caracter\u00edsticas especiales que mejoran la calidad del bono.
